Your Responsibilities

• Meet with members through virtual appointments or scheduled consultations

• Answer questions and help members understand their available options
• Assist families throughout the enrollment process
• Maintain accurate records and complete required documentationFollow up with members when additional assistance is needed
• Participate in ongoing training and team development
