You will contact prospective customers, answer questions, gather information, qualify leads, and help schedule appointments. Prior customer service helps but is not required; strong performers can move into sales and leadership.

Unlike a traditional inbound customer service position, this role includes both customer support and proactive outreach. Team members communicate with prospective customers, answer questions, identify needs, gather information, and help schedule qualified appointments.
