We’re building a high-performance solar sales team in Amherst, NY and looking for motivated appointment setters who want more than just an hourly paycheck. It’s NOT a job you can just “clock in and coast”. We want driven people who love talking to people, creating opportunities, and getting rewarded for results.

Location: In-Office – Amherst, NY

Schedule: Flexible shifts available (Core hours are Monday‑Friday + some Saturdays, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST)

Pay & Earning Potential

• $16/hour base pay
• $50 commission for every appointment that shows
• Setters averaging 3 qualified shows per day are on pace to earn approximately:

• $5,500–$7,000+ per month
• $65,000–$85,000+ per year OTE
