Dog Gone Problems | Omaha, Nebraska | $20–$25 per hour
Dog Gone Problems is looking for a warm, organized, dependable professional to join our team.
We're a locally owned dog training company that believes great customer service starts with the first conversation. We're looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, helping them understand their options, and getting them scheduled.
Previous professional office experience booking customer, patient, or client appointments is required.
Experience in medical, dental, veterinary, or other appointment-based professional offices is especially relevant.
Important: Employee shift scheduling, managing someone's personal calendar, or general retail customer service does not meet our appointment-scheduling experience requirement.
Part-Time | Approximately 23.5 paid hours per week
Applicants must be able to consistently work this schedule. Occasional Saturdays off may be requested in advance, subject to approval.
Additional flexibility is required to occasionally cover our other Booking Coordinator's shifts when they take time off. They will do the same for you when you need time off. Advance notice will be provided.
We're a small, close-knit team that takes pride in doing things well. We value people who are dependable, communicate clearly, pay attention to details, and follow through on their commitments.
You don't need dog training experience. We'll teach you about our programs and procedures.
If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!
