Dog Gone Problems in Omaha, Nebraska is seeking an Experienced Appointment Scheduling Specialist for a part-time role. The ideal candidate will handle scheduling for dog training services, respond to inquiries, guide clients through options, and maintain client records in our CRM.

This is a part-time, on-site position with a 23.5-hour weekly schedule and a pay rate of $20–$25 per hour. Experience in medical, dental, veterinary, or other appointment-based offices is especially relevant.

Qualifications

• Professional office experience booking customer, patient, or client appointments using computerized scheduling software.
• Excellent phone communication skills and a warm, friendly personality.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Dependability, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
• Currently living in the Omaha metro area and able to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming inquiries and help clients schedule dog training services.
• Answer questions and guide prospective clients through their options.
• Follow up with customers who haven't booked.
• Maintain accurate customer records, call notes, and follow-up reminders in our CRM.
• Manage appointments, cancellations, and scheduling changes.
• Work closely with our trainers and booking team to provide excellent customer service.
