Job summary

Dog Gone Problems is seeking an experienced appointment scheduling specialist for a part-time role in Omaha, Nebraska. You will respond to inquiries, help clients schedule dog training services, and guide them through available options.

You will maintain accurate CRM records, manage appointments and changes, and work closely with our trainers to deliver excellent customer service. The position requires on-site work in the Omaha metro with a 23.5-hour weekly schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience booking customer/ client appointments using scheduling software.
• Experience in appointment-based offices (medical, dental, veterinary) preferred.
• Must live in the Omaha metro and work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and help clients schedule dog training services.
• Guide prospects through options and answer questions.
• Follow up with customers who haven't booked.
• Maintain accurate records, notes, and reminders in CRM.
• Manage appointments, cancellations, and scheduling changes.
