Job summary

Western Products in North Dakota is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist to support customers and create a positive first impression by routing requests by phone, in person, text and email.

This full-time role offers a competitive base salary with unlimited performance-based pay, based on outbound calls and appointments set. You will focus on booking appointments, handling inbound and outbound calls, and delivering outstanding customer service in a showroom environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience involving contact with customers on the phone and in person.
• Excellent computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft applications, customer databases, and scheduling software; ability to navigate multiple windows, screens, and programs; and ability to learn new programs quickly
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities

• High-volume of inbound/outbound calls (80–120 outbound calls/day)
• Focused on booking appointments and converting leads
• Call center or phone sales experience preferred
• Schedule appointments for specialists to meet with homeowners about their home improvement projects
• Create an inviting, inspiring atmosphere that helps guests visualize their project by maintaining a clean, organized showroom and workspace
• Work occasional in-person events to set appointments and provide a positive customer experience
• Build and nurture strong professional connections with customers, earning their trust and respect through consistent and reliable communication
• Assist with other office-related duties as needed
