Western Products is seeking an Outreach & Scheduling Specialist to join our Fargo showroom team. The role involves making 80–120 outbound calls daily to generate appointments and guide homeowners through home improvement options.

Qualifications

• Experience in call center or phone sales preferred.
• Customer-facing work with strong communication skills.
• Ability to learn scheduling software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound/outbound calls (80–120 per day).
• Focus on generating appointments and converting leads.
• Schedule appointments for home improvement consultations.
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom and assist with events.
• Provide a positive customer experience and follow up as needed.
