DaBella is seeking a motivated In Person Sales Support professional in Irving, TX to manage appointment confirmations and maximize scheduled opportunities. You will conduct strategic calls, qualify homeowners, and collaborate with sales and marketing to ensure accurate information for revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Confident, clear, and persuasive communication skills.

• Bilingual Spanish communication skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the appointment confirmation process by managing scheduled sales opportunities and ensuring homeowners are prepared and committed to their appointments.
• Conduct strategic inbound and outbound calls to homeowners, confirm appointment details, and identify opportunities to strengthen the sales conversation.
• Qualify and engage prospective customers while creating a positive, professional experience from the first conversation.
• Utilize proven sales strategies and communication techniques to overcome objections and increase appointment retention.
• Partner closely with sales and marketing professionals to ensure accuracy and information needed to maximize their results.
• Maintain accurate and detailed customer records, call notes, and appointment information.
