Pugmire Ford of Carrollton is seeking a motivated Sales BDC Representative to be the first point of contact for customers, generating appointments and supporting the sales team with timely follow-up.

In this in-person role, you will respond to internet leads, handle inbound calls, schedule meetings, maintain CRM records, and strive to exceed monthly sales goals while delivering excellent service with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to internet leads and inquiries promptly and professionally
• Handle all sales inbound phone calls
• Schedule appointments for customers to meet with our sales team
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any questions or concerns
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and appointments
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly sales goals
• Utilize CRM tools to manage and track customer interactions
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude
