Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
• Dealership and call center experience preferred.
• Willing to engage in ongoing training.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Skilled at building positive relationships over the phone or via email.

Responsibilities

• Engage in all training directed by the BDC Manager.
• Follow the BDC scripts and guidelines on all inbound and outbound calls.
• Ensure all calls are answered promptly and professionally.
• Develop proficiency with all features of the BDC CRM Software and associated products.
• Ensure information entered into BDC systems is consistent and accurate.
• Maintain knowledge of coupons, direct mail pieces, sales advertising, and inventory across the company and OEMs.
• Maintain current knowledge of personnel schedules across dealerships.
• Adhere to dealership and BDC policies and procedures.
• Meet hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly goals as set by the BDC Manager.
• Make outbound calls for No Shows, confirmations, and appointment follow-ups in a timely manner.
• Meet daily targets for appointments, shows, and outbound calls.
• Maintain clear communication link between client and dealership.
• Ensure communications to/from client and sales department are passed quickly.
