Leaf Home is seeking an outbound Appointment Setter to engage potential customers about product needs and schedule in-home sales consultations. You will contact leads from the canvassing team and work to secure appointments.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a customer-first mindset. A valid driver's license is required, and experience in call centers or customer service is preferred. This position offers a dynamic, growth-oriented environment across the U.S. and Canada.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and type while talking to customers.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls for customer leads from the canvassing team.
• Confirm information and schedule in-home sales consultation.
• Overcome objections to scheduling.
• De-escalate calls and provide solutions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service experience.
