Rochester Regional Health is seeking an Appointment Coordinator for the Communication Center on a part-time basis at the Riedman Campus in Rochester, NY. You will play a central role in shaping patients’ overall experience and satisfaction by scheduling appointments, assisting with registrations and communicating with providers and payers.
You’ll interact with patients, caregivers and clinical staff to ensure timely, accurate information and a seamless patient journey in a healthcare setting.

You will interact regularly with patients, providers and payers throughout each patient’s healthcare experience and collaborate with physician offices and clinical departments to provide continual patient support.
