#1 Cochran is recruiting an Appointment Coordinator for the Austintown Ford/Mercedes-Benz location. The role supports scheduling across locations, handling service calls, and assisting with ClubOne enrollment as part of a busy automotive service team.

Qualifications

• Experience handling customer inquiries and routing calls.
• Ability to schedule and coordinate multiple appointments across locations.
• Basic cash handling or point-of-sale support is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming service calls.
• Scheduling service appointments for both locations.
• Help cashier and help customers enroll in our ClubOne program.
• Open loaner vehicle agreements.
• Other manager-directed tasks as needed.
