Qualifications

PhD or Master’s degree with 6+ years of applied research experience.
3+ years of scientists or ML engineers management experience.
4+ years of applied research experience.
3+ years of building ML models for business applications.
Knowledge of ML, NLP, Information Retrieval and Analytics.
Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and effective communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead to develop AI solutions for Prime Video recommendation and personalization using deep learning, GenAI, reinforcement learning, and related methods.
Work closely with engineers and product managers to design, implement and launch AI solutions end-to-end.
Effectively communicate technical and non-technical ideas with teammates and stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with advancements and modeling techniques in the field.
Hire and grow a science team working in this video personalization domain.
