Qualifications

• 3+ years of building models for business applications.
• PhD or Master’s with 4+ years in CS/CE/ML or related field.
• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language.

Responsibilities

• Develop ML solutions for Prime Video Search systems, including query understanding, retrieval, and ranking.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to design, implement and launch ML solutions end-to-end.
• Design offline and online experiments to evaluate proposed solutions based on data analyses.
• Communicate technical and non-technical ideas with teammates and stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements and publish research findings in top venues.
