Qualifications

• PhD or Master's degree with 6+ years of applied research experience.
• 4+ years of applied research experience.
• 3+ years of scientists or machine learning engineers management experience.
• 3+ years of building machine learning models for business applications.
• Knowledge of ML, NLP, Information Retrieval and Analytics.
• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language.

Responsibilities

• Lead to develop AI solutions for various Prime Video recommendation and personalization systems using Deep learning, GenAI, RL, and related methods.
• Work closely with engineers and product managers to design, implement and launch AI solutions end-to-end.
• Communicate technical and non-technical ideas with teammates and stakeholders effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements and modeling techniques in the field.
• Hire and grow a science team working in video personalization domain.
