The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of sales experience; MBA or engineering background is preferred. Leadership and strategic thinking are essential to succeed in this high-growth market.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement strategies to achieve annual sales and margin growth.
• Expand customer base and strengthen Carrier HVAC presence in assigned territories.
• Forecast and develop annual sales quotas; lead sales offices in the region.
• Engage with engineers, contractors, and owners to generate HVAC equipment sales.
• Mentor and lead a team of Sales Engineers and trainees.
