Clipboard Health LLC is seeking an Applied AI Strategy & Ops Lead to own and evolve our internal tooling ecosystem across Operations. This hands-on individual contributor will work across support platforms, AI-driven systems, and internal automations to improve day-to-day operations and scale with the business.

You'll partner with engineering and leadership to scope requirements, write technical specs, and prioritize tooling work that matters most to Ops, while continuously improving system

Qualificações

• Hands-on IC role with ownership and cross-team collaboration.
• Strong API, integration and automation tooling experience.
• Ability to translate problems into practical technical solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Build and iterate on workflows, integrations, and automations to improve daily efficiency.
• Execute high-priority tooling and automation initiatives across the ops stack.
• Collaborate with engineers to scope requirements, write specs, prioritize tooling work.
• Improve systems across multiple tools, including support platforms and AI-driven solutions.
• Translate defined problems into practical, well-scoped technical solutions.
• Identify gaps in tooling and proactively address them.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure production reliability.
