Job summary

Cloudera seeks a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to lead high-impact, global commercial and operational initiatives accelerating private AI growth. You will partner with the Chief Business Officer and senior leadership, driving governance, analytics, and strategic execution across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales strategy, revenue operations, or business operations.
• Experience with Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) or Applied AI specialist groups.
• Enterprise software, big data analytics, machine learning/AI, or hybrid cloud infrastructure experience.
• Experience with cloud subscription/usage-based or PLG business models.
• Experience supporting rapid 2–3x revenue growth and global expansion (AMER/EMEA/APAC).

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage global governance and operating rhythms across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
• Track and optimize the AI adoption funnel through four stages: Discovery, Solution, Pilot, Production.
• Develop frameworks to prioritize target accounts and high-ROI Private AI workloads.
• Define and standardize KPIs around subscription and consumption-based Private AI adoption.
• Support ecosystem alignment with AI infrastructure partners and co-go-to-market strategies.
• Lead cross-functional governance to ensure scalable, repeatable delivery patterns.
• Build analyses and business cases to support investment and headcount planning across regional pods.
