Job summary

Cloudera is seeking a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to lead high-impact global initiatives that accelerate Private AI growth and operational excellence.

You will partner with the Chief Business Officer and senior leaders to establish governance, drive the AI adoption funnel, and translate complex data into actionable executive insights.

This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution across analytics, CRM, and cross-functional teams, spanning AMER, EMEA, and APAC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales strategy, revenue operations, or business operations.
• Experience supporting technical sales or advisory teams.
• Domain experience in enterprise software, big data, AI, or hybrid cloud.
• Experience with cloud subscription or usage-based models.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment across regions.
• Note: role requires eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Drive global governance and operating rhythms across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
• Manage the AI adoption funnel from Discovery to Production.
• Prioritize accounts and create use-case frameworks for high ROI.
• Define and standardize strategic metrics with Revenue Ops and GTM.
• Analyze ecosystem partnerships and co-deployment strategies.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and align solution productization.
• Build business plans and executive storytelling for investment decisions.
