Cloudera is seeking a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to accelerate Private AI growth. You will lead global governance, analytics, and strategic initiatives across AMER, EMEA, and APAC, partnering with field teams and leadership to translate complex signals into actionable insights.

The role combines strategic planning, portfolio analysis, and cross-functional leadership, with a focus on building scalable processes, measurement, and executive storytelling for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in sales strategy, revenue operations, business operations, or management consulting.
• Experience supporting technical sales, pre-sales, or post-sales delivery teams.
• Domain experience in enterprise software, data analytics, or hybrid cloud.
• Experience with cloud subscription or usage-based models and PLG concepts.
• Ability to drive cross-functional alignment across AMER/EMEA/APAC.

Responsibilities

• Drive global governance and operating rhythms for Applied AI across regions.
• Analyze AI adoption funnels and prioritize high-ROI workloads.
• Define metrics for subscription and consumption-based Private AI adoption.
• Collaborate on go-to-market strategy with AI ecosystem partners.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and executive storytelling for investments.
