Job summary

Cloudera seeks a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to lead global governance and operating rhythms for its fast-moving Applied AI organization. You will drive data-driven decisions, align cross-functional teams, and accelerate Private AI adoption across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.

You will partner with field engineering, sales strategy, and revenue operations to prioritize initiatives, optimize the AI adoption funnel, and synthesize complex signals into executive-ready recommendations for

Qualifications

• 6+ years in sales strategy or revenue operations or management consulting.
• Experience supporting technical sales, pre-sales, or post-sales delivery teams in enterprise GTM.
• Deep domain experience in enterprise software, big data analytics, AI/ML, or hybrid cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with cloud subscription/usage-based business models and supporting rapid revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive Global Governance & Operating Rhythms across AMER, EMEA, APAC and lead the monthly business review process.
• Manage the AI Adoption Funnel with regional leadership across four stages: Discovery, Solution, Pilot, Production.
• Account Prioritization & Use Case Frameworks to filter and rank target enterprise workloads.
• Define & Standardize Strategic Metrics for subscription and consumption-based Private AI adoption.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations and AI GTM Sales Strategy to set KPIs and track progress.
• Act as a trusted partner to technical and commercial leaders to codify repeatable delivery patterns.
• Support business planning and executive storytelling for investment and headcount decisions.
