Job summary

TikTok is building out our Solutions Engineering team to help external clients thrive on this journey. As a Solutions Engineer, you will architect and build solutions, prioritize client success, and work cross-functionally to help partners reach their business objectives.

You will develop deep expertise on TikTok's API capabilities, design end-to-end integrations with Ads product engineering teams, and share best practices to drive adoption while staying ahead of emerging API trends in marketing

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
3+ years of production-grade code shipping.
Experience shipping ML/LLM-powered products.
Experience with model evaluation, fine-tuning, or prompt design.
Familiar with Python, Go, Java, C/C++.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Knowledge of API and backend design.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with strategic partners and agencies via deep technical expertise.
Collaborate with Partnerships/Agency Leads and Product teams to grow partner relationships technically.
Be expert on TikTok APIs; advocate improvements and influence product roadmap.
Build and ship new products and end-to-end integrations with Ads engineering.
Maintain SME on marketing tech and API trends.
