TikTok is expanding its Solutions Engineering team to help external clients thrive by architecting and delivering scalable integrations and solutions that drive business outcomes.

You will build end-to-end integrations, deepen partner relationships, and influence product roadmaps with a strong API focus. If you enjoy solving complex technical problems for advertisers and agencies, this is for you.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• 3+ years shipping production-quality code.
• Proficient in one or more general purpose languages: Python, Go, Java, C/C++.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong knowledge of API and backend systems design.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build solutions for external clients and partners to meet business objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key strategic partners and agencies.
• Collaborate with Partnerships, Agency Leads, and Product teams on technical aspects and integrations.
• Be an expert on TikTok API capabilities and advocate for API improvements.
• Build and ship new products and end-to-end integrations with Ads product engineering teams.
• Maintain subject matter expertise on marketing tech and API trends.
