Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. seeks an Applied AI Lead to drive AI-enabled transformation within the Business Transformation team.

You will plan and execute AI use cases that deliver measurable business results, from discovery to production rollout, reporting to the Director Head of AI Transformation. You will build and deploy AI automation solutions across platforms, write Python code for pipelines, and work with business teams to turn problems into technical solutions with clear KPIs and

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related field required.
• Master’s with AI/ML focus is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI automation solutions across multiple platforms and use cases.
• Write, test, and maintain Python code for AI/ML pipelines and internal tooling.
• Collaborate with business teams to identify AI opportunities and drive end-to-end implementation.
• Own use cases through discovery, PoC, pilot, and production rollout with KPI tracking.
