Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. seeks a senior leader to drive North America’s Process Innovation initiatives, including AI adoption, intelligent automation, and strategic transformations across Care divisions.

You will coordinate with North America units, Korea HQ, and partners to optimize performance and governance. The role emphasizes large-scale program leadership, data-driven decision making, and cross‑functional collaboration across geographies, with a focus on measurable business impact

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in project management, budget management, and financial/operational analysis.
• Experience in presenting to executive management teams.
• Knowledge of IT solutions (ERP, CRM, SaaS) and ROI analyses.
• Korean proficiency recommended for Korea HQ communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale process improvements and initiatives across major businesses including project management and implementation.
• Set up and manage KPIs with business owners and senior leadership for continuous performance improvements.
• Lead project teams and ensure objectives are met; manage cross-functional collaboration.
• Define project scope, create detailed work plans, and monitor progress to successful completion.
• Drive continuous improvement and align processes with industry standards and market studies.
• Lead cross-functional change management efforts to drive adoption of improvements.
• Acquire data, analyze results, interpret trends, and translate findings for management decisions.
• Define and champion AI transformation roadmaps and governance aligned with business strategy.
• Oversee Intelligent Automation deployment combining RPA and AI/ML capabilities.
