Job summary

Disney Experiences Technology seeks a Senior Manager, AI Delivery Execution to embed AI and automation across transformation programs. You will drive measurable outcomes by leading end-to-end delivery, designing scalable AI accelerators, and partnering with finance, HR, and other functions.

You will lead a high-performing team, translate complex AI concepts into business language for VP/SVP audiences, and champion governance and responsible AI practices at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in AI, ML, data engineering, or automation with at least 3 years in a leadership.
• Proven delivery record taking AI and automation capabilities from concept through production with measurable business outcomes.
• Deep fluency in applied AI/ML — LLMs, generative AI, agentic workflows, and enterprise automation patterns.
• Strong business value orientation: translate AI capability into a clear business case and measure outcomes.
• Experience designing reusable AI/automation frameworks or accelerators that scale across programs or units.
• Experience integrating AI and automation into enterprise data platforms and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define and own AI and automation strategy and lead end-to-end execution from definition to production deployment.
• Design reusable AI accelerators that can be deployed across multiple DX businesses.
• Partner with technology teams to align AI roadmaps, data readiness, and governance.
• Establish delivery standards for AI/automation engineering and production monitoring.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team with clear direction and mentorship.
