• 10+ years in a senior technical role at a major venture-backed startup, frontier AI lab, or investment firm
• Proficient with Python and/or TypeScript and experienced with agent frameworks
• Built or modified harness around an agent with durable, long-horizon systems
• Reinvented workflows around AI and built coding agents or related tooling

Responsibilities

• Redefine healthcare investing as a technical discipline and design AI systems for investment/portfolio workflows
• Push the frontier of applied AI by building durable agents and self-improving loops
• Raise the technical bar across the company and share reusable patterns
• Create global patient impact by selecting and supporting transformational health tech founders
