Job summary

Tutor Intelligence, Inc. is seeking an Applied AI Engineer on Go-to-Market to build the operating system that finds, wins, and grows customers in the physical economy.

You will own large swaths of software—from workflows to AI agents—embedded in the GTM team and aligned with the company-wide robot deployments and data assets. You’ll work across a forward-deployed AI engineering group, starting by extending existing GTM tools and scaling them as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Write working software using Python or TypeScript, SQL, and APIs.
• Build with LLMs and AI coding tools every day.
• Have a technical background with non-linear path (product, strategy, ops, sales).

Responsibilities

• Architect and build the systems our go-to-market motion runs on, including CRM features and data models built from scratch.
• Build AI agents that automate sales workflows end to end: research, outbound, prep, followups, qualification.
• Map markets and penetration across the physical economy and translate into next steps for growth.
• Integrate go-to-market with Tutor's stack (robot data, demos, docs, agent platform).
• Extend and maintain tools as the team and business scale.
• Sit with account executives, join calls and events, observe deployments to identify new systems.
• Measure outcomes: pipeline, conversion, and seller time.
