This hands-on, client-facing role involves refining requirements with business stakeholders, proposing better approaches, and delivering end-to-end AI-enabled applications. You will move between client delivery, internal product work, rapid proofs of concept, and enablement, building

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent demonstrated ability.
• At least 1 year of professional software development experience.
• Hands-on experience building applications that integrate large language models, including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, structured extraction, and/or tool use.
• Experience contributing to applications that integrate AI capabilities with APIs, data handling, and user-facing functionality.
• Familiarity with Python, TypeScript, or SQL, with API integration and imperfect data handling.

Responsibilities

• Take a defined technical approach and build production-quality functionality.
• Participate in requirements discussions with business stakeholders to understand workflow and desired outcomes.
• Contribute to building complete applications that integrate AI capabilities with prompts, retrieval design, APIs, and UI.
• Build evaluation sets from real data and report findings, including negative results.
• Investigate failures by identifying causes and implementing fixes.
• Support client demonstrations and proof-of-concepts to illustrate AI applications.
