Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 1+ years of professional software development experience.
• Hands‑on experience building apps integrating large language models (prompt engineering, retrieval‑augmented generation, structured extraction).
• Experience with APIs, data handling, and user‑facing functionality.

Responsibilities

• Take a defined technical approach and build it into production-quality functionality.
• Participate in requirements discussions with business stakeholders to understand workflow and outcomes.
• Propose alternative approaches during solution design and simplify when possible.
• Build complete applications that integrate AI capabilities with prompts, retrieval, tooling, and API integration.
• Measure results against evaluation sets and report findings accurately.
