Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent demonstrated ability.
• 1+ years of professional software development experience.
• Hands‑on experience building apps that integrate LLMs, including prompt engineering, retrieval augmentation, structured extraction, and/or tool use.
• Experience integrating AI capabilities with APIs, data handling, and user‑facing functionality
• Ability to conduct a requirements conversation with a non‑technical stakeholder and propose an approach.
• Willingness to question a design and advocate alternatives.
• Ability to work through ambiguous requirements and drive work to completion.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Take a defined technical approach and build production‑quality functionality.
• Participate in requirements discussions with business stakeholders to understand workflow and outcomes.
• Contribute ideas during solution design and identify simplifications.
• Build applications that integrate AI capabilities with prompts, retrieval, APIs, and UI.
