The role emphasizes root‑cause analysis across multiple applications, databases, and integrations, with onsite work Monday–Friday and occasional after-hours support. WMS/ERP experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
• 3+ years of related business experience.
• Strong SQL knowledge.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems preferred.
• Willingness to work outside normal hours; on-call as scheduled.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Team player with technical aptitude and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues and support end users to ensure system reliability.
• Serve as a liaison between operations, IT, and external vendors to investigate incidents and resolve issues.
• Support system testing, upgrades, and performance optimization.
