Job description

We are seeking an Applications Support Technician to support third-party software applications that power our warehouse, fulfillment, supply chain, and logistics operations. In this role, you will work in a collaborative, Agile environment to troubleshoot issues, support end users, and ensure system reliability. You will serve as a key liaison between operations, IT, and external vendors—investigating incidents, resolving issues, and contributing to system improvements. Responsibilities also include supporting system testing, upgrades, and performance optimization. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), and logistics platforms: such as Infios (HighJump), e2open (BluJay/Kewill), Datex, or Acumatica is highly valued. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys solving complex business and technical problems. Successful candidates are naturally curious and enjoy tracing issues across multiple applications, databases, integrations, and business processes to determine root cause. They are comfortable working directly with warehouse operations, business users, vendors, and technical teams to identify solutions and improve processes.

Preferred Experience:
  • Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • System integrations, APIs, EDI, or data interfaces
  • Application support in a multi-system enterprise environment
  • SQL querying and data analysis
  • Supply chain, fulfillment, logistics, or distribution operations
  • Business process analysis and requirements gathering
  • Technical Detective – An individual who enjoys researching issues, following data through multiple systems, analyzing logs and transactions, interviewing stakeholders, and determining the true root cause of business and technical problems.

This is an on-site role in Monroe, WI (Monday–Friday), with up to 15 work-from-home days per year and may include occasional after-hours or on-call support.

Qualifications
  • At least an associate degree in Computer Sciences, Management Information Systems, or a related field
  • 3+ years of related business experience
  • A High-level of Structured Query Language (SQL) knowledge
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems is preferred.
  • You’ll also need to be a team player with strong technical aptitude and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Must be willing to work outside of normal business hours as needed, as this position requires on-call availability as scheduled.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
