Job summary

Catalyst Brands LLC is seeking an experienced Support Engineer 2 to maintain and improve our Warehouse Management System stack. You will own production incidents end-to-end, collaborate with Operations, Development, and Vendors, and drive ongoing improvements across WA environments.

The role emphasizes hands-on support, automation, and deployment activities, with opportunities to grow SME expertise in the WA portfolio. Hybrid remote work is supported within a distributed network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of application support and/or engineering experience in a WMS environment.
• Bachelor's degree in technology or related field.
• Expert understanding of Infios WA product suite and related tools.
• Experience with enterprise-scale WMS implementations and multi-site rollouts.
• Strong SQL Server and T-SQL proficiency; performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary production support contact for Infios WA environments and triage issues.
• Own incidents end to end, with RCA and resolution plus follow-up.
• Manage vendor escalations, drive cases to closure, enforce SLAs.
• Perform problem management to reduce recurring issues and tickets.
• Support deployment, patching, and change management across environments.
• Write, debug, and optimize T-SQL queries and procedures.
• Translate technical issues into business-focused language for leadership.
