Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience acceptable
• Certifications are a plus, but equivalent education/experience/trainings acceptable
• Experience in IT project management

Responsibilities

• Provide application-level support for end users and maintain applications
• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain vendor-supported applications
• Document issues and resolutions, and data flows between applications
• Assist with data gathering for audit purposes
• Support other teams and colleagues as needed
