Responsibilities

• Provide sales and service support to leads via phone, website, and chat platform.
• Work with customers to strategize solution approaches through engineering analysis and provide quotations and post-sale support.
• Collaborate with pricing, purchasing, and service teams to ensure profitability and accurate pricing.
• Review cost accounting on sales orders to ensure profitability.
• Liaise between Instrumart and vendors for sales, service, discount structure, and pricing.
• Coordinate go-to-market strategies, product documentation, and pricing with management and marketing teams.
• Assist shipping in pulling and verifying parts on orders and shipments.
• Test and verify products from vendors and customers.
• Occasionally perform production, calibration, and modification of components to meet demand.
