• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or related STEM field.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience or interest in fluid control, instrumentation, or automation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Qualify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Build accurate, application-specific quotes and follow up to drive conversions.
• Support OEMs and distribution partners with quoting and technical guidance.
• Troubleshoot pneumatics and fluid control issues and diagnose hardware/software problems.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and marketing to ensure customer satisfaction.
