Job summary

The role involves collaborating with North American customers, providing technical support by phone, digital, or in person, and building strong relationships with CPM engineers and sales staff to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in business or technical field preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to communicate technical information.
• Customer service, sales support or project management experience a plus.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by providing technical and process information.
• Properly size equipment and prepare quotes.
• Develop product knowledge and assist in troubleshooting.
• Complete tasks with timely follow-up.
• Travel to CPM and customer sites domestically and internationally for training, commissioning, and events.
• Communicate progress and opportunities to supervisor to meet company goals.
• Maintain accurate records of opportunities, quotes and contacts.
• Attend industry trade shows.
• Perform additional related duties as needed.
• Maintain professional conduct with customers and colleagues.
