Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering/science field.
• 0–2 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, applications engineering, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and validating inspection applications across Onto Innovation's product portfolio.
• Support creation of customer demonstrations and performance data.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, Software, and Algorithms.
• Document results, BKMs, and validation plans for software releases and new features.
• Contribute to NPI activities and project reviews.
