Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking an Applications Engineer based at the Florence plant. The role supports approx.

$160M of couplings applications, serving as the main technical liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve questions, coordinate production needs, and generate accurate quotes. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in engineering or technical support, with a Bachelor's degree and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial, or related field.
• 1–3 years in engineering, technical support, or customer-facing role.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers on product applications and support needs.
• Prepare and generate accurate quotes, coordinating with sales and production.
• Support production management to fulfill orders on time and to specification.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and sales to troubleshoot issues.
• Provide technical guidance on product usage.
• Monitor lead product accounts (~$20M) and escalate as needed.
• Grow product and industry knowledge to expand responsibilities.
