Regal Rexnord is seeking an Applications Engineer for the Auburn plant. The role supports approximately $160M in couplings applications, acting as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve questions, coordinate production needs, and generate accurate quotes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• 1–3 years of engineering, technical support, or customer-facing experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers regarding product applications, specifications and support needs.
• Prepare and generate accurate, timely quotes for customer requests, coordinating with sales and production teams.
• Support production management activities to ensure orders are fulfilled on time and to specification.
• Partner with production, quality, and sales teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
• Provide technical guidance to customers on proper product application and use.
• Monitor and manage status of lead product accounts (approx. $20M), escalating issues to keep projects on track.
• Grow product, process, and industry knowledge to expand technical support responsibilities.
