• 1–3 years of engineering, technical support, or customer-facing experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers regarding product application, specs, and support needs.
• Prepare and generate accurate, timely quotes in coordination with sales and production teams.
• Support production management activities to ensure orders are fulfilled on time and to spec.
• Partner with production, quality, and sales teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
• Provide technical guidance on proper product application and use.
• Monitor and manage status of lead product accounts (approx. $20M) and escalate as needed.
• Grow product and industry knowledge to expand into broader technical support responsibilities.
