• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers regarding product application, specifications, and support needs.
• Prepare and generate accurate, timely quotes for customer requests, coordinating with sales and production teams.
• Support production management activities to help ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time and to specification.
• Partner with production, quality, and sales teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
• Provide technical guidance to customers on proper product application and use.
• Monitor and manage the status of lead product accounts (approx. $20M), escalating issues as needed to keep projects on track.
• Build growing product, process, and industry knowledge to expand into broader technical support responsibilities over time.
