Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 3+ years in an application engineer or similar role.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving.
• Ability to travel 25–50% and work flexibly.
• Expert knowledge of products and solutions for complex environments.
• Strong relationship-building and time management.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert remote troubleshooting and application support.
• Support field engineers during installations and complex issues.
• Deliver training and technical guidance on 3D printing hardware, software, materials.
• Develop training materials, job aids, and support resources.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Engineering, Product Management, and R&D.
• Partner with customers to resolve challenges and build relationships.
• Provide application expertise to support sales and adoption of solutions.
