3D Systems is seeking an experienced operator to work on a production line, run and troubleshoot line tools and machinery, and perform minor repairs as needed. The role focuses on maintaining quality and efficiency within standardized procedures on a fast-paced line in Rock Hill, SC.

Qualifications

• At least one year of assembly experience.
• High School Diploma or GED; AA degree preferred.
• Result-oriented with urgency to close issues.
• Able to build relationships and adapt to changing demands.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for component-level quality assurance; adjust as necessary to produce product within specifications; reject product outside of specifications.
• Follow standard operation procedures with minimal supervision.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in production processes and procedures.
• Communicate with peers and manager related to line activities and issues.
