Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, continuous improvement, and maintenance of managed systems in coordination with enterprise teams.
• Drive capacity planning and ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
• Identify opportunities to improve and lead implementation efforts.
• Respond to escalations and ensure timely, accurate closure of issues.
• Monitor SLAs and ensure adherence across owned systems.
• Develop and review system designs and technical implementations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to propose systematic improvements.
• Mentor staff and guide teams on technology roadmaps and best practices.
• Escalation point for complex issue resolution and efficiency improvements.
