Job summary

Client Resources, Inc. in Nashville seeks an Info Sys Applications Analyst 2 to provide primary application support for a select group of government departments and collaborate with ITS and users.

You will perform testing (plans and execution), conduct enterprise-wide business analysis, and create/modify Crystal Reports and SQL-based data extracts using SSMS. You will coordinate end-user training and participate in requirements gathering for upgrade projects.

Qualifications

• Experience as a systems analyst supporting users and resolving issues.
• Strong SQL querying skills and experience with Crystal Reports.
• Proficiency with SSMS and SQL Server databases.
• Experience coordinating end-user training and preparing training materials.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary application support for government department users.
• Perform application testing including test plans and execution.
• Conduct business analysis activities and prepare requirements.
• Create/modify reports in Crystal Reports using program data.
• Coordinate with team members and stakeholders across ITS.
• Extract data from SQL databases as requested.
