Job summary

IDR, Inc. is seeking an Information Systems Application Analyst II to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Nashville, Tennessee. This role focuses on supporting and optimizing enterprise applications within a government setting, with primary emphasis on CityWorks and related systems.

You will troubleshoot, perform testing, train users, and assist with business analysis, reporting, and requirements gathering to ensure smooth application performance and user satisfaction for end users.

Qualifications

• Experience with CityWorks configuration and application support.
• Experience with Crystal Reports.
• Strong SQL querying skills to extract and update data.
• Experience with SSMS.
• Previous Systems Analyst/Application Analyst experience.

Responsibilities

• Support system enhancements, upgrades, and conversions.
• Create and execute test plans/test cases to validate system changes.
• Assist with business analysis activities including requirements gathering, reporting, and user collaboration.

Requirements for the Information Systems Application Analyst II:

• Experience with CityWorks configuration and application support.
• Experience with Crystal Reports.
• Strong experience writing SQL queries to extract and update data.
• Experience with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
• Previous Systems Analyst/Application Analyst experience supporting users and resolving system issues.
